What happens when you exceed your monthly quota?

No hard limits. No service interruptions.

When your team exceeds the monthly quota, additional usage is automatically billed at standard PAYG rates (Chatbot ₹9, Case Brief ₹99, Draft Reply ₹499). You continue receiving alerts at 80% and 100% usage. You can also set a monthly spend cap for better cost control.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO TOP-UP

Need more than your plan quota? Trackase offers a simple Pay-as-you-Go top-up option for additional usage beyond your monthly limits. Purchase credit packs and use them anytime — no need to upgrade your plan.

How it works:-
